Shipping policy

Processing orders is approximately 5-7 business days. During this time orders will be shipped. Once shipped please allow 7 business days for your package to arrive. Please keep in mind there may be a delay during the holiday season. Once your order has been fulfilled you will receive a tracking number to follow your order during transit. 

Once your order has been shipped, we are not responsible for the handling or arrival of your package. If for any reason your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please email us right away at Customcreationsbytwo.com. Please attach pictures of your package in your email. 

Shipping charges are not refundable unless there was an error made on our end. If your package is undeliverable due to an insufficient address, undeliverable address or refused we will contact you. You will be required to pay additional shipping charges in order to resend your package.
